A model photograph is not neutral documentation. It is another drawing: a deliberate argument about material, space, and point of view.

Start with one idea per frame. Use raking light to reveal texture, eye level to suggest inhabitation, or a high view to make organization legible. A sheet of paper can become a seamless backdrop; a phone flashlight bounced off a wall can become a soft source.

Include scale only when scale is the point. A hand, figure, or familiar object can clarify proportion, but it also changes the story. Make that choice as carefully as you chose the model material.
